About Dr. Ang

Gino Ang, MD, a board-certified anesthesiologist with extensive professional experience in his field, is the medical director of his private practice, Ketamine Center of Connecticut, located in Milford Connecticut. He specializes in safely administering ketamine to treat chronic pain and relieve the symptoms of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

Dr. Ang graduated from Ross University, School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Commonwealth of Dominica, in 2000. He then went on to complete his residency in anesthesiology at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut.

After finishing his residency, Dr. Ang acted as the attending anesthesiologist at New Britain Anesthesia, PC, in New Britain, Connecticut. He was also an assistant professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at Yale University. During his three-year tenure as assistant professor, he became a diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology.

From 2009 to 2010, Dr. Ang served as the medical director at Connecticut Surgery Center in Hartford, Connecticut, and practiced anesthesiology at several practices, including Meriden-Wallingford Anesthesia in Meriden, Connecticut, and Milford Anesthesia Associates in Milford, Connecticut. He decided to advance his education and received a Master of Business Administration from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut.

Dr. Ang is an active member of the Connecticut State Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Society of Anesthesiologists.

For the last 15 years, Dr. Ang has proudly organized and participated in voluntary medical and surgical missions with the Philippine Medical Association of America and the Philippine-American Association of Connecticut.
